Yes. A security deposit of $500–$750 is required, depending on the vehicle class. The deposit is subject to the terms of the rental agreement and may be used to cover eligible charges or damages.

Yes. Full-coverage insurance is available with our rentals. Customers may also have the option to purchase additional insurance coverage at the rental counter. Insurance requirements and eligibility may vary by customer and vehicle.

Yes. Rental extensions are available subject to vehicle availability and approval. Extensions must be requested and paid for at least one day before the original return date to avoid potential late fees or other charges.

Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation may result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Out-of-state travel is not permitted without prior authorization from Premium Rental Group. Customers must receive approval before taking a rental vehicle outside the state.

Yes. We offer airport pickup for $75 for customers arriving in the Orlando area. Please provide your flight and arrival information when making your reservation.

Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date and time. Late returns may result in additional rental-day charges and late fees. Customers who need additional time should contact us and request an extension before the rental is due.

Only drivers who have been properly authorized and added to the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Additional driver requirements and fees may apply.

Yes, qualified customers may be able to use eligible vehicles for rideshare or transportation services, subject to Premium Rental Group's approval, vehicle eligibility, insurance requirements, and applicable platform requirements.

Customers are responsible for promptly reporting any accident, damage, theft, or mechanical issue involving the rental vehicle. All incidents must be reported to Premium Rental Group as soon as possible so we can determine the appropriate next steps under the rental agreement and applicable insurance coverage.
