03Payment Information

Premium Rental Group may collect payment information and obtain authorization to place a hold on or charge the payment method provided in connection with a rental.

As described in the Rental Agreement, the payment method provided may be used for authorized rental-related amounts, including rental charges, security deposits, rental extensions, damage, repairs, insurance deductibles, towing, storage, fuel charges, tolls, traffic or parking violations, cleaning fees, excess mileage, lost keys, vehicle recovery expenses, and other applicable charges.

04Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring

Premium Rental Group vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking devices, telematics systems, AirTags, dash cameras, vehicle recovery devices, remote monitoring technology, or other security systems.

These systems may be used for purposes including:

• Vehicle location
• Theft prevention
• Recovery of overdue vehicles
• Safety monitoring
• Vehicle maintenance
• Rental Agreement compliance
• Protection of Premium Rental Group property

Vehicle-related information, including information concerning the vehicle’s location, operation, condition, mileage, or use, may be collected and used for these purposes during the rental period.

05Accidents, Damage, and Insurance Matters

If an accident, theft, vandalism, damage, or mechanical issue occurs during a rental, Premium Rental Group may collect information related to the incident.

Customers may also be required to provide information necessary for police reports, insurance matters, or investigations and to cooperate with applicable insurance processes.

06When Information May Be Disclosed

Information related to a rental may be disclosed when necessary to address insurance matters, accidents, claims, vehicle recovery, legal requirements, or enforcement of the Rental Agreement.

07Electronic Rental Documents

Premium Rental Group may use electronic signatures, electronic initials, and electronically executed rental agreements as part of its rental process.

Information contained in these documents may be maintained as part of the applicable rental record.

08Protecting Your Information

Premium Rental Group recognizes the importance of protecting customer information and will handle information collected in connection with reservations and rentals for legitimate rental and business purposes.
